The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
2 Corinthians 9:6-7
Your financial gift helps us to do the work of the church to further God's kin-dom.
Webster reaches out to help and serve here at home and throughout the world. The church collectively supports service projects, organizations, and institutions as well as individuals of the church to aid them in following their personal mission callings. Our primary local ministry is support of MISSION, a place and program for the homeless. Our primary international mission is nutritional support of the most vulnerable (elderly, disabled, women and children) at the Sanzule Refugee Camp in Ghana (West Africa). Within the church our programs include Christian education, music (including a concert series), youth programs and summer camp scholarships, and of course upkeep of our church sanctuary--Webster is the oldest, continually operating church in Washtenaw County. Congregations have been gathering in our worship space since 1834. We also maintain the parsonage (currently rented), a late 1800's farmhouse located just north of the church.
